As part of the 10th annual I Am Festival, join @saskiahorton of @wearesensoria for a dynamic, practical session exploring sensory safety techniques to support Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent young people 🙌

The session will share SENSORIA'S approach to creating bespoke sensory and quiet spaces, and explore how spaces in the arts can better support those with sensory sensitivities.

In this CPD we'll explore:

👂 The 8 senses (yes, 8!)

💁 How senses can overwhelm, be connected to memory and bring comfort

🎧 What protections can be used when sensorily overwhelmed

🌱 How you might embrace and support different sensory experience for the young people you work with
