Chronically Ch(ILL) Sessions, Session 10

Join our tenth Chronically Ch(ILL) Session, a welcoming space designed specifically for chronically ill and chronically chill people. Our sessions are held once a month on the last Sunday, providing an opportunity for you to connect and socialise in a virtual environment.

Felicity (She/her) is a dancer and a holistic, integrated personal trainer and movement practitioner.

Shaped by her journey through profound burnout in both dance and training, and a deepening understanding of neurodiversity, her person-centred, psychologically and somatically informed practice uses movement as a tool for self-awareness, regulation, and resilience.

She is a curious being who weaves her interest in art as a tool, and her experience with parkour therapy under Esprit Concrete’s guidance, into her coaching practice.

Looking ahead, she aims to create spaces where movement, psychology, and neurodivergent experience intersect — supporting more adaptive, embodied, and honest ways of training and being.

This gathering is particularly for those who may feel isolated due to being housebound, bed-bound, or facing the challenges of chronic illness. Here, we aim to foster community, solidarity, and safety among one another. Together, we can share experiences, support each other, and nurture hope for a brighter tomorrow, especially for chronically ill, disabled, BIPOC, and neurodiverse individuals.

Come as you are, and let’s create a space where everyone feels valued and heard. We look forward to seeing you there!
